1. All intellectual property associated with the concept will be kept confidential and remains the inventor’s property unless licensed from Gray Matters Games.

2. The person submitting the concept is 18 years or older and is the owner of all right, title and interest in and to all parts of the concept.

3. The concept does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including without limitation any trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent and/or other intellectual property right.
