CHICAGO, IL – In a move that has shocked the board game industry to its core, Gray Matters Games is proud to announce its boldest transformation yet. Effective immediately, the company will be rebranding as Gary Matters Gamez in honor of its new official spokesperson, the legendary Gary Cole (yes, that Gary Cole).

“We’ve been searching for the perfect way to take our brand to the next level,” said a company spokesperson, struggling to contain their excitement. “And then it hit us—Gray... Gary... it was destiny. We knew there was only one man for the job.”

That man, of course, is Gary Cole, the award-winning actor known for his iconic roles in Office Space, Dodgeball, and Talladega Nights. With his trademark charm and unparalleled board game enthusiasm (probably), Cole is set to bring next-level energy to the brand. “I have no idea what’s happening, but I’m honored,” said Cole, possibly while reviewing his contract.

The transition to Gary Matters Gamez includes a completely revamped logo, an unnecessary but totally awesome ‘Z’ at the end of ‘Gamez,’ and a brand-new tagline: “Mmmyeah... let’s play some board games.”
